  • hey hey! Have you thought about - fast abs magic (do a google search)? Ive heard some decent things about it and my cooworker got amazing 6 pack abs and lost tons of fat with it.

  • What does she mean? Do you have to do this entire exercise 4 more times .. in 1 rep? ..

  • @EurowomanPink a 'rep' is a repetition of the particular move, so 15 reps would mean repeating that move 15 times and then moving onto the next. then you do the whole video 4x through to get a full workout. hope that made sense! =)

  • Just a suggestion but maybe next time choose a soundtrack that doesnt have too much lyrics. It competes with what your instructions (which I rather hear). Otherwise great video!

  • do you have any advice for if your neck gets really strained during the last two moves?

  • @somename1235465 Try to lift your shoulder blads more, not your neck. If all else fails, simply keep your head down and perform the lower body movements.

  • @somename1235465 rest your head in your hands and aim your eyes up higher so you are not looking at your tummy. There should be at least a fist's distance between your chin and your chest.

  • @somename1235465 keep your fingertips gently behind your ears. don't hold your head/pull on your neck. and keep your chin up
