hey hey! Have you thought about - fast abs magic (do a google search)? Ive heard some decent things about it and my cooworker got amazing 6 pack abs and lost tons of fat with it.
just started this yesterday! I couldn't do 4x though.. by the first rep of all of these exercises, i was dying! haha, im starting off slow, then working my way up! wish me luck to my goal! x
@EurowomanPink a 'rep' is a repetition of the particular move, so 15 reps would mean repeating that move 15 times and then moving onto the next. then you do the whole video 4x through to get a full workout. hope that made sense! =)
I REALLY felt the burn doing this, and the next day I was sore....but it felt good..hahaha!! I'm going to keep doing this, I LOVE this workout!! Much thanks!!Xx
Just a suggestion but maybe next time choose a soundtrack that doesnt have too much lyrics. It competes with what your instructions (which I rather hear). Otherwise great video!
@somename1235465 Try to lift your shoulder blads more, not your neck. If all else fails, simply keep your head down and perform the lower body movements.
@somename1235465 rest your head in your hands and aim your eyes up higher so you are not looking at your tummy. There should be at least a fist's distance between your chin and your chest.
If we do 30 mins of cardio, how many videos of yours should I do?
