  • i learn somethin. but what do i have to do after sudo wget ........ becuz mine webmin doesnt work

  • can you write down what was in the notepad here i cant understand where the spaces go

  • so, maby i cant understand the text notpad file(the second one to install the perl packages) but it says libxx is not a command... :(

  • I enjoy your videos, keep it up.

  • So is webmin built for Linux? Doesn't putty and telnet work as well for updating and administrating a server from a different computer?

Or do I also have to download putty to the Linux server...

I haven't had a chance to test out Ubuntu server yet, but I'm downloading it now.

  • you DONT need "sudo" to use wget...

  • @juancarlospaco: And you shouldn't.

  • Great, thanks!

But... some things like the link to webadmin are incorrect and the command 'sudo apt-get install webmin' dit not work for me.

I used: sudo dpkg --install webmin_1.470_all.deb

And it works perfectly, so thanks again!

  • port 10000?

  • it was difficult to hear you talk!

    bluhhuaehuhell.. klajeuashuehuehueblehbleh, sometimes..

But I learned something from this video.

  • fsdfdsfsdf dgffdgfdg gfdgfd :)))))

  • Whats the port?

  • Detonati0n, keep up the good work.

Your tutorials are very helpful :)

    So Thanks! ;)

  • when i try this all i get in firefox is that the connection is refused

  • olle,

at the bottom of the firefox browser there should be a thing that asks to accept firefox connection type usually. Then you just accept it and it will save a cookie which allows you to use that port.

It's just a security feature since port 10000 is a little sketchy.

  • What about Apache, PHP, and MySQL?

Those are what people are going to use the most because they are all Linux and cool lol.

I just got my CD in the mail for Ubuntu Server Edition 8.04.1 LTS

  • WUUUGGGGIIIITTTTYYY idk i was bored

  • nice tutorial!
