define a real airline? most airlines are going the way ryanair are now getting quick turnarounds etc because the planes arent making money on the ground also layovers are becoming extinct as that is extra costs to the companies.. long haul layovers are even reducing.

Sorry but i think British Airways have better planes than yours they are newer better equipped and have nicer crew. I think ryanair planes are badly mantained and their crew are cheap eastern european labour. That michal o leary is a ass. And isn't it true that you have to pay for your uniform if you are cabin crew! If you want to work for a reliable airline. Work for british airways.

it's not right... Ryanair crew doesn't only come from eastern European contries...as well, Ryanair is not the company that gives us less income as you could think, and all of its aircrafts must follow European legislation as well as American legislation (since it uses boeings) which are the best aviation reglamentations in the world. Of course it's not the best company but many flight attendant should have some flying experience before they manage to work for a better company ;)

haha well no offence but ryanairs fleet is waayy newer then british airways fleet.. average age of ryanair fleet is 2 years. theyre not badly maintained theres a certain standard for all airlines ryanair included. and reliable airline well ba arent hiring anyone infact they are cutting jobs and giving ppl redundancy packages ryanair are prob the only ppl hiring these days and provided you get all your hours have quite a competetive salary. true though michael is an ass but a very smart one :P

Ryanair have one of the most modern fleet. These are growing hard times for airlines over oil etc. You may complain, but the boss is damned clever and capable. The Boeing 737series 800 is an excellent aeroplane.

So they do get trained do they? I find that very surprising as they never show it in the cabin. I have flown with Ryanair 4 times but never again, they are so unprofessional and I have never felt they take safety seriously, tray and seat backs down, and hand luggage on the floor for take of and landing.

I and my relatives have had quantities of excellent flights with Ryanair. I have always had nice staff on board. I have always had excellent pilots.I am absolutely fed up with people deliberately trying to rubbish Ryanair.

No there was 72 that started and only 40 got a contract, some dropped out and some failed. but if you studdy the work then you will pass. good luck

I know ryanair have a bad reputation n we have to pay for our training course. It is not fair for u to say that we all must be desperate to work in the avaiation business. I have worked for ryanair for four years, i am a purser and now a cabin crew instructor all at the age of 21. It is the best company for progression and we are very well paid. So u should keep ur comments to urself because it is not nice to put people down before you know everything about our job.
