You make it look so easy. I have such a hard time learning new stuff. I don't know anyone else who is interested in hooping, so I feel alone in my struggle a lot.
I believe this one has about a 31 1/2" diameter (outside to outside). It is 1/2" tubing. If you just started you should work with something in a larger diameter and work down to the smaller diameter as you get the hang of things (that is what I did). =)
