  • @swaaahtome Nope. I only use my own body weight for my workouts. The only equipment I need is a yoga mat so that I don't hurt my back when I'm doing floor stuff :) It makes it a lot easier to get workouts in when you don't have to force yourself to the gym.

  • @MyLifeAsRachel oh right, well if your looking for a new workout anytime soon you should try olympic weightlifting, its the bees knees and the cats pyjamas! oh yeah and how many pushups can you do?

  • @theSecondOneOfMe Not everyday, I workout about 5 days a week, though. I do 2 days on, 1 day off. (I know that only equals 6 days, but I just follow that pattern.) It's good to give your muscles a break so that they can recover. If you don't let them recover, then your body won't be performing at its maximum potential.
