You have to understand the huge impact that these earlier bands like Pantera had on music today. You have to remember that when Pantera was the only band playing that type of music in the early 90's. Listen to Vulger Display of Power '92 and you will understand that these guys had developed a new type of metal far different.

The reason you can't compare the two is because it isn't 10 years from now (if TDWP is still around). The older the band, the larger the legend and fan overexaggeration. Suicide Note part 2, This Love are still sick songs but most Pantera songs pale in comparison to a new good metal band. Shame, some songs just lose their freshness, sorry.
