i'm a rookie tattoo artist and i was wondering if it's possible to use white ink to create an image? my upper right arm has a tribal tattoo but i was thinking of covering my upper right arm full black, and use white ink to create the image. i'm really looking for someone with experience and get some ideas and tips.

@jnabiula you can use white ink for highlighting certain egdes and shiny bits but I wouldn't recomend using it for larger areas cos it will look too unregular.

Not a lot of tattoo artist know how to do scales. I think before doing any koi or dragon. They mist know how to do the scales. I seen nice dragon tattoos but the scales killed it. Nice work but needs work on the scales.

And I am not talking shit just critic. And yes I am a tattoo artist that actually took time to learn how to freehand and do the scales the right way.

Isn't really my style dont like the shading or the dragon design but that's why i dont have that on me lol. Only real criticism is that it's rather cluttered but that comes with the placement, that's why i chose to get my dragon on an appendage namely my calf and have it wrap around.

On a side note stop hating people everyone has a different artistic style and they choose an artist whose style they like. Just make fun of the kids who pick the tattoos off the walls of shops. Good day
