I also did the snowflake on black paper---didn't think it would look too hot but wanted to try it anyway. It turned out so stinkin cool!! But, of course, your card turned out so much better...lol Love it!!
Love your card Arlene! At first glance I thought the stamp was a Tim Holtz stamp! I loved it. I also, loved your closing, "two down, 38 more to go!" Your not alone my dear! I am a few ahead of you, but not many! Have a very Merry Christmas!
Have a Merry Christmas - They turned out wonderful everyone will love them. You know once you start they will all come out. Blessing and prayers to your family at your time of loss.
I have missed your videos this week Arlene but my sincere sympathies to you and your family in your grief Arlene.
BTW Arlene how close am I to getting into the Deux Shabby Chic club? I am hanging out to join lol. Love your christmas card, very vintage looking and I just love anything vintage.
I am not a huge stamper and I thought that was going to be hard to do!!!! It looked like you would have had to color on the stamp! So amazed you distressed it first! All I need now are those handles you have and I can so do that!!!! TFS! Awesome cards, cute little ones too!:)
Great card Arlene! I love that stamp...and dern it I was at M's and had it in my hand and for some stupid reason I set it back down and left without it...now I wanna kick myself after seeing how well it looks!
I LOVE that stamp!! I love the cards SO cute!! I was not brave enough to make all of my own cards I had to send 50 out that would be a task for sure!! Good luck on the 38 left :)
Beautiful card Ar! Omg I almost got that stamp the other day when I went to Michaels with Natalie. lol I've been eyeballing it for a long time. heehee Ahhhh! My lil' guys look so handsome. TFS!!!!
hi arlene! beautiful card :)! do you usually print your photos at a store or do you have a photo printer? have any suggestions for photo printers? is archival ink waterproof? sorry for so many questions ;p'. thanks for sharing :)!
Hi there! I print all my photos at home on an HP Photosmart printer. I love it. I read the Archival Ink packaging and it says it's fade resistant and waterproof (won't bleed when painted over with watercolors or water based markers.) I haven't tried my aqua pen on it yet, but I'll be sure to test it out! :-) Thanks for watching! hugs, Arlene :-)
