What kind of fan did u use. I was told u can use one out if a vette but idk if that was true or not. I c u have it on the outside so I figured u had a reversed one in there.

dont have an s10 but, it camming out like that...you didnt put a bigger cam in it? it just sounds beast from the factory?

thats a complete engine swap bud! thats no 4.3... and that engine is an HO (high output) crate motor... so it comes hopped up from the factory... mild cam, hydraulic lifters... flat tapped pistons... its pretty sweet! especially for a free bee :)

switchin the computer was no problem! 75 bucks plus shipping to have my stock computer reprogramed... its as easy as unpluging your house hold lamp ha

ok, yeah........i dont have it easy, luckily i have the gauge cluster with out the tach. my stock harness was alil short but connected well. god willing it will all work, with the exception of the service engine soon light staying on.

nice job, did you use the original setup from your 4.3 & reflash the ecu or are you using the ecu from the 5.7?

im finishing up my carb 305 HO in my 2000 stepside, i cant wait to break it in!

@rieg01 the swap was fun thats for sure! im only 17 so i didnt know to much at first but boy wee have i learned alot... i could do another one easy... i could do yours for a small fee. LoL but she is not done just yet this truck will be a never ending project im already planing what i want to do next! TPI??? HEADS??? ROLLER ROCKERS??? CAM??? mmm maybe a 400 crank and a bore have i nice lil 383 idk the ideas are endless! goodluck if you plan on doing it man!
