Looks nice! I have heard JBL - Harman Kardon Home theaters in 25K range are brilliant in terms of performance.

I'm new to Onkyo! Whats special about this? and why didn't pick JBL?

@piyushn88: The HK / JBL / Denon are great but at the price point of 24-25K which is just basic entry level HTIB these Onkyo series offer the best overall package, they are 1.4 3D compatible have plenty of HDMI ports, I just hooked it up and for movies they are a blast much better than I anticipated, music meh.... again these have passive sub so cannot control the sub & the sub is a little under-powered.... If I had a budget of 40K then I would have gone with HK / JBL / Denon & active-sub.

@GnDGeek: Its 24K bit expensive now coz of the $ price increase onkyo has increased the price was quite a bit less till Dec 2011..... this model might not be available readily in the market as the new model 3400 is being mostly sold and it is 27-28K.

@shrey020: Warranty is 1 year...... I got from Reliance Digital so they are offering 1+1 warranty so 1 year by Onkyo and the other by Reliance for a total of 2 year warranty.
