the tickets cost are at 24.00 to 28.00. just make sure you pay the meter..and i just wanted to say,,,, that parking in a no parking anytime and paying the meter dose not work ,,,take your time look around or molina towing will tow your car.i dont like being the bad guy but am good at what i do,,,, towing

Parking meters generally are only placed in areas that don't have enough parking space to meet the demand. The purpose of the meter is to limit the length of time people park so that they move and someone else can use the space. While I don't have a problem with feeding other peoples' meters, if you don't move your car before the meter expires, you deserve to be ticketed.

@bestamerica Believe it or not, running a city/country isn't free. States generate revenue from taxes, fees, citations, etc. Parking meters are just one of the many ways they generate revenue.

@bestamerica They probably never pay parking fines because they're government vehicles, though personally I've never witnessed a cop car parked at a parking meter. If you took away parking meters because "they weren't fair" then you might as well take away parking tickets as well, and speeding tickets, and other simple fines and citations that keep the state running.
