Basically it was a "Powerbomb". Half MMA, half WWE. The ref was bribed plain and simple. Impossible to be a TKO if no punches were landed by Dawson. If not, anybody could powerbomb the champ and get a win. Makes no sense. Logically the worst the ref should have done was award Dawson a victory by Technical Decision, kind of what happened to him vs. Pascal. No contest is the easy choice but boxing being a disgrace these days I was not surprised that this option was not chosen.
