It also prevents Indian state from giving Kasmiris good development and future. Also remember that Kashmir's physical break up from India threatens unity of all Indian states and hence India will go ahead with any measure to keep Kashmir with itself. If Kashmiri separatist still insist on complete separation from India, knowing this, they are inviting trouble.
Can any Kashmiri Muslim or any other person who holds Indian state responsible for this situation , tell me how do you justify killings of Hindu pandits and sikhs when Kashmiri muslims were looking the other way. Indian state machinary only reacted to the events in their naive way and still it continues to do so. It was KAsmiri muslims who tried using muscle power first in the form of militancy. Indian state reacted with its muscle power.
Where is other side of coin? How can you call this a "Whole Truth" when other point of view is not at all shown. Partiality on the part of maker of this documentary made it loose its credibility. Brutal killings of innocent kashmiri pandits should also have been shown in this documentary as it forms prelude to events shown in this documentary. This situation would never had emerged if Kashmiri youth in 1980s wouldn't have followed path of militancy.
