Can someone help me what sort of sauce do they use is it tomoto based Kansas sauce, vinegar etc? And what sort of rib cut are they using st Louis, spare ribs etc?
Great story and nicely don video. I was just in KC two weeks ago. But didn't get a chance to go to OkJ's. I did hit a couple of other BBQ spots though. It seemed like everybody was saying ya gotta go to OkJ's! Just didn't have enough time. If I ever get back to KC it will be the first place I go!

They use own Cowtown BBQ sauce, tomato based Kansas City Style, and spareribs.
