It's probably really late saying this, but I think the problem is you might not have clicked the Phonenme Transformation button. This turns the words into data that the vocaloid can sing. If you don't click this button, it won't sing the lyrics.
Vocaloid isn't just in Japanese. If you have both Prima and the twins, install the twins first without installing the VSTi (and Miku before them if you have her too - also without VSTi). After that, install Prima WITH VSTi. This way Vocaloid will be English without any .dll modifications.
@norton5315 PRIMA SPEAKS AND FUNCTIONS ENGLISH. This is the root of the reason why the american fandom thinks she's Yandere; her Illegal downloads, which were needed if you wanted the program in english, would often shut themselves and any other vocaloids you had downloaded later down.
@norton5315 Apparently Vocaloid was first developed in an English speaking country (not sure if it was USA or UK), so because of that they are required to have free English patches for the programs.

If you delete that japanese language .dll files, it turns the interface of the program to english.

@norton5315 WRONG.
First Vocaloids, and Prima, and others, are actually English speaking Vocaloids (Engloids)
TiffyJake 1 year ago
@norton5315 you can enter it in in Romanji witch will allow You to make her sing phonetically which should allow english lyrics
