It is true, that a small bulgarian minority lives in Albania. I know and have friends between them. Good guys, hard workers. But they have to decide themselves if they are "macedonians" or bulgarians.
My opinion is they are Bulgarians, just like slavs living in FYROM are bulgarian minority, they speak the same language and share the same cultural values.

they discuss the present state of the historical Bulgarian community in Albania. They want to have a Bulgarian college. They have created a small Bulgarian center in Tirana. Many of the children go to study in Bulgaria, some of them are applying for Bulgarian citizenship. The community is not officialy recognized as s minority by the authorities in the country.
