I'm a blender fan too and its very difficult to create models like this. Remember,he did not download a ready 3D Lara,he modeled it alone =)

You're off to a good start. IMHO this looks better than the Legend - Brazil scene. A little work on smoothing out the animation between the keyframes would do wonders for this.
