because the british doctors would not care or put any afford in their work at all, or just been told by my surgent in england, that operation was a mistake, thanks mate, you just cut me up from my penis to my chest...put a bloody hoody on me and i would look like a sweatshirt...anyway, my first remicade absolutly runied me for days i was sleepy i was like a drug addict withdrawing i mean i wanted to go to the kitchen ended up in the bath room looking in the mirror what the hell im doing here..
i didnt beleive that is the only way to live the rest of my life i came back to hungary went to see my old doctors and got the remicade treatment straight away, im facing a major op in december where the Hungarian doctors taking the stoma away and giving back my life my body and the chance to being normal again.thanks god i didnt believe the english doctors and fought my way thru.i do not know what would i do to myself if i`d wake up with pelvic nerve damage and stoma to the rest of my life
my english doctor laughed at my hungarian doctor`s opinion and i did not get the remicade (biological ) treatment i went thru another 2 ops and been told to have a major op to close my rectum for good and gotta live my life with a stoma the op they wanted to carry out was that dangerous that pelvic nerve damage was its side effect.now i lost all my confidence, all the enjoyable ;art of life since that stoma and useless british doctors in St George`s hospital London i could not risk...and
i thought i was with the best doctors, the half a year stoma plan didnt work, im living with a stoma nearly 5 years, absolutl ruined my life, i became suicidal, had to go to see mental health doctors, as i wanted to kill myself, it took everything away from mylife i loved and who i was 2 years ago i came home to Hungary to see my old doctors, they gave me a second opinion from Hungary to use biological treatment and reverse the stoma as it is make me mentally ill and does not help healing
dont give up the fight!!! i was diagnosed with crohn`s 3 months before my 20th birthday nearly took my life, got a really good young doctor who helped me and pushed me thru to the best doctors and i had another 8 years symptom free,absolutly beautyful time before i was getting married to my wife the illness nearly killed again, it attacked me so hard so heavily this time i ended up with a stomabag, my marriage went downhill im divorcing my wife right now...went thru 15 operations in england
ive been on remicade for about 4 years now and i agree it sucks, but try this next time before you get your infustion ask your doctor about benadryl alternatives b/c the benadryl is what drains the crap out of you, take non drowsy allergy meds cause you will feel much better. And i know this is unrelated to the issue at hand but your very beautiful even when you cry, i hope this makes you feel a little bit better.
my boyfriend take remicade for chron and he sleep almost 24 hours none stop but after think how great youll feel . What drains you its the pills for allergie ...
I totally understand you...:( no one really gets how the disease and treating the disease takes a toll on you physically, mentally and spiritually. Keep your chin up girl ! FIGHT on till the next round....I totally get it.
