gamebooster does not affect your ping, only thing it does is close/deactivate all the other background programs you have running to free more ram and let the game use more of the computers capacity, only way it would lower ping is if you have like msn or skype or any other internet connected program running while you play and thats just stupid, however it does sometimes help lag caused by graphics.

Any advice for lowering ping for consoles? And guys I use this program sometimes to play pc games when my computer is going a bit slow and I still want to play them in a higher graphics so yeah I'd recommend this program to anyone although I didn't know that it lowers the ping.

@ImReniXx in consoles there is not any program to lower your ping, you can only fix your connection by moving your router to a place where it get more signal (you have to find that place). to play games at higher graphics just change your options at the game, game booster cant make you play at higher graphics, it just switches your power plan to a "gamiang power plan".

When I run game booster, it allows me to play in the higher detail graphics without any lag. For example, I change the graphics to 'high' which is laggy normally, I run game booster and it's a lot smoother. Is that not what the program does because that's what it does for me lol?
