Looks like biological lens contamination to me. Microorganisms living in condensation on one or more of the equipment's surfaces. Can see these at night the same way you can only see stars other than the sun at night, or the way you can see airborne dust in a ray of sunlight in an otherwise dark room. Especially common when people think they are cleaning a lens by breathing on it instead of using a sterile lens cleaning solution.

It's a camescope, not a telescope,

He is focused on the cloud, not above the ground,

One guy who filmed them with solar deflection ( if i remember well) obtains the same results. Other people could see them with naked eyes, but you only see a quick flash, or a fast travelling tiny dot. Not easy.

Yep, this is exactly what i've been watching with my own eyes every night for the last month in canada. i see them often arrive at dusk, they descend to cloud level and peek around. they often play hide and seek in the clouds. i just don't know WHAT their function is. the smaller probes do a lot of exploring but the bigger ones pretend to be stars, sometimes drifting around. GOOD FOOTAGE!!

Do you have an opinion of what they want or are doing, or what are they looking for?

Do they appear at a certain time, certain weather event, solar event?

Have you seen the footage of the "worms" in the upper atmosphere? It is thought that these "creatures" live in the upper atmosphere and eat, basically, energy from the sun... photosynthesis of the bird world. I wonder if these are from here.

After seeing this, you cannot tell me you believe then to be man made?
