Think of this... toms are 40$ but, another pair of shoes are being given to a shoe-less child in another part of the world so 20$ for each pair and are stopping a disease on another child... in america most of us live in comfortable homes, with a solid roof over our heads, a floor beneath our feet, and a cozy bed at night. These children live in shacks with a dirt floor, some have to walk miles to find fresh water and food. If we can afford 40$ for 2 pairs of shoes, shouldn't we buy a pair? :)))
Maybe they (I wasn't the one who did) think being barefoot is healthy, which it is, and this movement is sort of saying humans are weak and must have shoes to survive, which we aren't and don't. Some thick socks for the winter in cold places is about all you actually need. And how many cold third world countries are there? Afghanistan, perhaps some of the countries that formed out of the ex Soviet Union. I think they'd rather have food, water, shelter and peace over shoes
@CrappyMovieStudios being barefoot isn't healthy, they get sores on their feet, infections, diseases, cuts and all sorts of things from not wearing shoes. They don't live around cut grass and paved roads where its okay to go without! And it's good that their giving back, don't be picky about WHAT they give back! They are giving kids something they can have that will last longer than food, water, or anything else they could give them.
i can't help but notice how great you guys are for coming forth &&d doing something Great for a great cause. &&d this year i'm actually trying to help my school become involved in this cause as well.
Bless TOMS, some children haven't ever heard of these shoes, and they would suffer from various diseases from cuts on their feet. One pair of shoes means so much to them. Thank you for this video. :)

I think the one "dislike" of this video was either caused by a heartless person, or they missed the like button. This cause needs to be "liked".

What are TOMS?
Only the greatest shoe ever!!
=]
They're super comfortable, stylish, and about $40 a pair (which is nothing compared to some shoes. its like getting a pair of Vans.)
But the GREATEST part is that for eberypair you buy, a shoeless child in another country gets a free pair of shoes.
Its amazing!! You should go to the website or find a store that sells them and buy some! =]
