My great grandmother/father came to the U.S. from the Azores. I have wanted to return. Is it difficult to immigrate to the Azores? My Aunt taught me a little of the language, but I would have a lot to learn. Is english common at all? Thanks.

well sorry, over there Portuguese is the main language. I doubt you'll find many english speakers, at all. As far the immigration goes, I don't think its hard, but you should inform yourself anyway.

Olá Henrique. Fiquei curioso com a referência aos 18 anos que viveu em Santa Maria, também eu por lá passei 16 anos da minha vida.

Presentemente vivo em São Miguel, mas não prescindo de dar lá um salto sempre que possivél.
