  • Sinto o grande amor de Deus por esse povo tão sofrido, vai lá no fundo do coração. Dá vontade de chorar.

  • am born in uganda east this song by muhando was teaching song to my life , when my father sent our mother out of the house in the days when i was ten years .it was asad moment to handle.

  • I can relate to this video coz I went through something kinda similar to this-not anymore, because I finally got the courage to leave him and I have never looked back. My life has been blessed ever since. This song has really been my inspiration through the hard times. For the women out there going through this, trust in the Lord gain back your confidence and courage. God Bless You.

  • ME RECUERDA A CHILE MI INFANCIA

  • powerful voice, luv you gal and believe is a message of hope u r spreading.

  • The way that old man hurls down the boy is so cruel, even if just for a video!! The boy looks genuinely terrified.

  • @dandamakakojo, I can't believe you think you are an israelite, don't you know accg to Matthew 10:24 "A disciple is not above his teacher, nor a slave above his master.

Haha - keyboard gangstar. That sounds like a compliment.

I am not watching the video... I am just concerned about the impact of Religion in Africa.

What do you mean by an empty life? One without God? haha

  • "waliyo nizalisha wamenikimbia" African men its about time you take responsibility of the many children you have, plis support them, its so normal for an african man to walk away from kids and heap responsibilit y to the mother, makes me sad. N to the ones who are responsible, i say bravo

  • "waliyo nizalisha wamenikimbia" African men its about time you take responsibility of the many children you have, plis support them, its so normal for an african man to walk away from kids and heap responsibilit y to the mother, makes me sad. N to the who are responsible i say bravo

  • fuck africa...........i wish this man could be in western countries he will rot in jail........but because he is in africa its normal to abuse woman and children.............am not christian and i dont belive in christianity, but this video imenitia huzuni sana and this is reality.......this is a real life of woman and children in rural africa.......

  • @gooodwill1 You obviously believe that all 'criminals' are punished 'accordingly' in the West, well, you are entitled to your opinions, however misguided. However what is not digestable is your sweeping statement about particular sexes, in a particular nation - this is simply wrong. More perverse is your opening remark about the birthplace of all humankind. You are merely perpetuating the motivated propaganda created in popular media. Above all, your comment is not helping.

  • @pnyawere Only Christians think we are here by the accident of God's word. Life does not end at the grave if you do something of worth in your life, like write a book.

  • She should look for food for her kids instead of wasting time singing to a God who does not give a damn

  • @zataxs You are not where you are by accident. Just like aeroplanes are not accidents but were made by men and so men who made them are also not accidents but were made by God. This life will end but it is not ending at the grave yard. God is real and loves you.

  • @pnyawere God bless you for the comment. May he stand up for you and you have stood up for him.

  • @zataxs I guess you must be one of those 'keyboard gangstars'. Abusing people at will not to mention the utter disrespect for the Lord of Host. If you do not like Christian music why are you watching the video, more worrying, why the derogatory comments? Is your life that empty? You are obviously hurt and have not felt the love of EL-SHADDAI. I pray that God gives you peace of mind and that you come to your senses and repent. God loves you, the Christian family loves you.

  • at the start u see the young boy running for his life. so sad

  • if u'r not touched by this song mo especially those who understand wat she is singing u must have a problem somewhere coz the song is so inspirational and spiritual

  • If the world would try and love the weak, the lost, sick all those who dont have the "right" then the world would be a better place but the LOrd of host takes care of the weak

  • ouch!

  • please join Rose Muhando fan club on facebook.

  • This song distinguishes itself by portraying the Lord of Hosts as the fighter of the rights of the downtrodden. Although perseverance may be challenging to stomach when a partner who should be a teamplayer starts maltreating you, we should remember that vengeance belongs to the Lord. He knows how to deliver his people from the hands of the enemy such as his deliverance of Israel from egyptian bondage.

  • God you are always there for us..thank you Jesus

  • tunakimbia kwa mengu, lakini hakuna mwingine mwenye anaeza kutusaidia isipokua mungu. this song makes me cry.

  • In short the song sings about asking for endurance from the Lord because of various situations in the singers life. The video illustrates the situations going on and therefore asks for endurance. Hope that helps

  • The first time I watched this video and listened to the words, I wept. The Tanzanian friend who brought it from home and played it for me also wept. Sadly, the depicted violence still takes place in my country in Africa. Indeed, when I saw it, I recalled how my neighbor destroyed his family because of such irrational violence.

  • @mouneeray

    even my mother wept

and later when i tried to ask her she told me this was exactly happen to her before i get borne

  • Even in the midst of our troubles and misery from friends and family, God will always give us patience. Lord gives us patience in our heart. Baba nipe uvumirivu kwa kila siku ya maisha yangu.

  • It would have been more complete if she included how our God delivered her on her children. However, just reading some say that she was singing in Spain tells me that the Gracious Mighty God delivered her.

  • can somebody tell me if these kids are as poor as they a seen in this video? what a pity my good Lord¡

  • 그렇습니다. 위의 동영상은 탄자니아 여성들이 보편적으로 겪는 내용을 그대로 전하고 있습니다

    "하나님 내게 인내심을 주옵소서 !"

  • please God gives us patience

  • God is doing something through this song. i am a believer but dont understand the language but can feel the presence of God as i listen. keep on the good work.

  • the song is quite sorrowful as she is crying out to God to help her. it is more similar to the story of Job in the Bible. the title of the song translates to 'God give me peace'and yes, it is a very touching song that has changed lives!

    but si uvumirivu ni uvimilivu

  • this is Tz swa ....r for L

  • The reason for the passion in the words and Rose is because she was narrating her real life story -testimony - before she became a christian. She is of Islamic background and was thrown out her home by her own father into the streets, where she got her kids, and of course the world turned against her. She had nowhere to turn to and lived in the streets. She now happily tells of her life in the songs. If you ever get a chance, listen to her live and you will have a blessing of a lifetime.

  • God is so faithful and does not throw us away even when the world does. People can put a period a comma on your life, but the final word or period only comes from the Lord

  • Muchaia, what did you mean?Qu'est ce que tu veux dire Muchaia?

I wonder where she got those kids?

  • I didn't know the abuse I grew up with could be found any where else! You are lucky to see this things for the first time. What I have seen and known is the power of God, some of us work very hard to forget our past. Picture yourself being that young boy, but the power of christ will only give you the UVUMILIVU!aMEN.

  • When the European comes to a country, the first thing he does is to laugh at your God and your God concept. And the next thing is to make you laugh at your own God concept. Then he doesn't have to build no jails for you then cause he's got you in a jail more binding than iron can ever put you.

  • No problem at all buddy. well i'm aware of the poverty that most east africans r experiencing but what shocked me is the sort of violence portrayed here in this video..that's what i said i have never seen.but i still do agree with u in that if i walk around i may find those violence elsewhere in kenya.u know it makes me cry when i see how backward we r ... treating women like that is a shame to us.we should be ashamed of it.thanks rafiki for the insight.god bless u.

  • This song makes me weep, a weep of joy to see this woman singing with such a passion voice in front of children. With a voice that sounds like a familiar pop sensation. Her talents as a song writer and singer shows her versatility by exploring different styles with seasoned ingenuity. Her voice exhibit vocal dynaminism and impressive vocal control. The melodic music flows like milk and honey. Rose Mhando carries the lead of "FATHER GIVE ME ENDURANCE". (Gal. 5:22)John Mbatta, USA.

  • In fact, this is the greatest comment I've ever came across on youtube. Well done John!

It's rather sad I don't understand the language. With the video,I'm trying to piture what she is saying, but I can't be 100% right. Any help John?

  • Rose Mhando (born 1976 in Dumila village, Kilosa District, Morogoro Region, Tanzania) is a popular east african single gospel artist
