  • She says "Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo" which is a call to your higher self and means"I bow to the Creator. I bow to the divine wisdom"*. Kundalini yoga uses Ong which is God Absolute MANIFEST as opposed to Om, which is God UNMANIFEST.

    * Definition taken from page 179 of _The Mind - Its Projections and Multiple Facets_ by Yogi Bhajan and Gurucharan Singh Khalsa

  • @greenisbetter101 I googled it and it's "("Om" or Aum is God absolute and unmanifested), Namo is "reverent greetings' implying humility, Guru means "teacher or wisdom", Dev means "Divine or of God" ..."
