WELL YOU HAVE PROVED ME WRONG!! I am now getting in the habit of doing exercise everyday and eating better (i still loooove panda express and a junior bacon from wendys..shhh :)and SURPRISINGLY my body is starting to look how i never though or dreamed it would! I don't know why, but I did not feel this exercise in my sadlebags at all! I felt it in my front-thighs and the area where people get muffintops instead? It was only the last exercise i felt a bit in my sadlebags and that was only for a while then I felt it in my thighs. I squeeze in my abdominals and I try to have my chest forward. What am I doing wrong? Please help, 'cause this seems like a great exercise!

A Saddlebag is fat that sits on the upper outer thigh/butt area, if you look it up on google, you can see pictures of what it looks like. Basically the area most girls store fat (due to our bodies storing it there for baby reasons lol)
@jessramirez87 It depends on a lot of things, such as the following: your diet, how often you workout, if you are also doing cardio, if you're stretching properly, and how good your form is.

to intensify the first move (toes forward leg straight out to the side) i used an easy resistance band to make my legs work harder. and for the squat at the end i used a difficult resistance band just above my knees to make me squeeze more! is that okay?
i just want u to know that i absolutely love your videos. they are like chocolate candy, soooooooo addicting. but best of all they are short to the point and oh so effecrtive. have cut my workout time way down, better results than from long workouts. please do some more cardio though. i can't believe how good i look with these short workouts thanks again. 60 and loving life
Hey Cassey, I've been doing your workouts lately but because you post up so many different videos for different purposes (body slimming, bikini bod, muffin top etc), I'm not sure what combination and frequency I should be doing them? Do I just do more what part I want to lose more (ie. thighs, legs, abs) or should it all be equalized? Any suggestions? Thanks!

Where I am, "saddlebags" has always meant love handles--I was confused by this workout until that explanation at the end, haha. Not that it wasn't good for my legs, it certainly was.

I just want to tell you how wonderful you are! Firstly, you look amazing! Your stomach is so flat now, you're such an inspiration. You make me want to go running every morning. this is a great video!!! loved it! definitely felt it in my obliques too the entire time. LOVED the heels-together knees-together squat pulses. went back over the video when i was done and did that section again.
my brother was doing p90x yesterday and in their cardio video they do a lot of samurai kicks, just like you! was sweating by the end of this video :)
I added this to my usual Monday workout routine and LOVED it! Definitely felt it in my legs/obliques by the end. Been using your workout vids for a few months now and am really impressed with how pilates have helped strengthen my core as well as tone things a bit more than prior exercise routines did. Keep it up!
I hope its not really bad that my hips pop every time i lower and lift my leg to the side.....

Where I am, "saddlebags" has always meant love handles--I was confused by this workout until that explanation at the end, haha. Not that it wasn't good for my legs, it certainly was.

I Don't look anything like you do during the sexy initial warmup. I made myself cry coz I looked so clumsy:p..loll...You have a great body with amazing flexibility and coordination.dont know how to get there or if I ever will.
And please do post that article you were talking about in Facebook, about your fitness journey. I don't think it will be depressing at all. More along the lines of motivating is what it's likely to be.

I just want to tell you how wonderful you are! Firstly, you look amazing! Your stomach is so flat now, you're such an inspiration. You make me want to go running every morning. Whenever I do one of your videos, I always feel the burn (especially the Summer Slimdown). I try to do pilates every other day and I'm already noticing my tummy flattening and I can see muscles (its only been 2 weeks)! I can't wait til to see my results at the end of the summer. Thank you so much :)

Another amazing one :-) I felt muscles I never knew where even there! Cassey, could you please to a standing routine for arms? something with weights possibly. I have bad wrists and and a bad lower back from a car accident 2 years ago and I would really really appreciate it :P

These new specialized videos (inner thigh, outer thigh, obliques, etc.) are such a fantastic idea. I love that I can piece together the perfect workout for my body (we all have unique problem areas), and each one is so intense for its target area. This is so innovative, Cassey!

Cassie, LOVED IT! You should really do that warm up thing in more of your vids. My thighs are burning. And I thought saddle bags were the sides of the stomach for the longest time... anyway, great video!

this is a great video!!! loved it! definitely felt it in my obliques too the entire time. LOVED the heels-together knees-together squat pulses. went back over the video when i was done and did that section again.
my brother was doing p90x yesterday and in their cardio video they do a lot of samurai kicks, just like you! was sweating by the end of this video :)

I added this to my usual Monday workout routine and LOVED it! Definitely felt it in my legs/obliques by the end. Been using your workout vids for a few months now and am really impressed with how pilates have helped strengthen my core as well as tone things a bit more than prior exercise routines did. Keep it up!
