There is another thing. I noticed that my nails change every time I use a different face wash. Some face washes cause my nails to peel, so I tend to stay away from those. Anyway... Your video is great and informative. Thank you for uploading it.

avon- strong results ;) just apply this 2 times a day on ur nails or once a week before your nail polish and it works great !! do not rub it in- just leave it alone for like 10 mins and there ya go!! also try nail envy by opi and it works great 4 a base coat!! so try them out and pls let me know what you think about those miraculous products xoxo

Try using a ridge filler or a strengthener. The white dashes are from damage.

How do you remove your polish? All the nail polish removers I've used seem to really dry out my skin... that can't be good for my nails either! Do you have any recommendations for polish remover products/techniques?

your nails look great. they are the ideal shape (shapely, not flat like so many of the dime a dozen fake tips you see women typically wearing). My nails are very similar to yours, I think mine will look a lot like yours if I grew them that long. I think I will let them grow a little longer than they are now, thanks to this video! I also really like the color too.

Try painting them with a really really bright colour, then u wouldnt be tempted too, and if u did u would ruin your polish :) even better if u paid for a manicure, then u wouldnt want to bite them cus it would mean that u wasted the money then xx good luck x

Just a quick question - you're from the UK, do you get your OPI and all these "salon products" from ebay or Sallys? Cos I don't know if it's different in your area, but we don't have all this top notch stuff at Boots or Superdrug... we have to go to Sallys and they're trade only...

Love love love your hair that way! You sound better, I hope you're feeling well! I've been doing as you've suggested with the biotin, vitamins, filing and the like but my nails keep peeling. Do you have any suggestions on how I can prevent it? I've been using a strengthener and polish and my nails peel even with it on. Not sure what to do. I was hoping you would have a tip?

@orangedaisyeyes Peeling usually means that your body is dehydrated. Do you eat a balanced diet? Do you drink enough water?

When I first met my wife almost 25 years ago she had good strong nails with good creases all along all sides and about 1/8" extension past her fingertips. Well right after we got married most of them broke and she cut the rest. She has tried twice to grow them again but with no success. Now that I look closely at them they look like pressed-on pieces of grooved plastic. She's worn clear polish and strengthener but with no success. We have both since given up and accepted it now. Great vid.

ok i have a quick question. I love nail art and doing different things to my nails but after a while the same old thing gets a bit boring so i take it off. When i would take it off with polish remover it took a whil idk if it was the brand of polish remover or what so i got aggravated and got some pure acetone polish remover. After that it seems like my nails have gotten a little more brittle and fragile, is it because of the pure acetone? Should I switch brands? Please help. Thank you.

@brittany5802 Yes, don't use pure acetone too much. I always use non-acetone. They can be different formulas between brands. It's good to swap! HTH ;-)
