Toby Twist- a generous soul always willing to include others in his venture. I met him in the 80's at an IJA convention when his "say no to drugs" campaign with Domino's Pizza was at it's peak. I jumped on stage with he and Miss Twirl in a school in West New York. Toby made a comment that echoes in my head to this day as we drove in the area "it's no wonder people are always so angry around here....it takes two hours to drive a mile around here....it's crazy" Not a NYker -RIP my friend- AZ
@Sarasotaweddingvoice Great to hear from you. Just so you know, The Clown is dead but Toby is still alive and well. I tried to make that clear but people often assume the HE is dead. He just put the clown to rest and I guess I was a little dramatic about it by putting the dates of the CLOWN's life up at the end. :) It's not the first time he's been pronounced dead. Happy Jack Feder made him dead in the book, "Clown Skits For Everyone".
Where is Toby these days? Does anyone know? I airbrushed most of his backdrops back in the late 80s... haven't talked to him in years. He was a good friend.
Fair enough, Sony Music. I'll work hard to get my own soundtrack put together. At least they realize that it's an advertisement opportunity rather than removing my video or charging me.

Toby took me under his wing when I was only 8 years old. I started performing shows with him then for many many years. He has taught me so much about life and entertainment. I could never thank him enough for all he has done for me. I wish him the best.
Wonderful documentary, very well edited, flows nicely. The subtitles provide interesting updates. Toby delivers a message that everyone should hear to make their lives a bit more meaningful, and therefore making the word a more cheerful place to live.
