@PinkyMars1 My point isn't that guys can't have broken hearts. I'm saying that this song is specifically made for a woman to sing so it doesn't make sense for a guy to sing it. The meaning of the song is about a woman going through an abandonment by her lover...he leaves her then returns later but it is too late. She like a flower gone without water is now withered and lifeless.

Unless the guy is gay and singing about his gay lover, it doesn't make sense that a guy sings this song.
