Studies show that condom use in teens is only 76% effective in reducing chance of pregnancy. Their is no study that shows safe sex ed results in consistent and correct condom use with teens beyond 3 months. Let's face it, how many of us as teens ever did anything consistently and correctly? Sex for teens is largely about pleasure and passion. Condoms get in the way of both.

By the way taking the pill is also another way to control teen pregnancies. Live with your time.
