  • While I am amazed at how close this sounds to the original, and while you are probably right about filtering the cds to get the individual tracks, I like to think that daft punk would have the original multi-track versions of their songs. Seeing how close this sounds, though, they probably did what you did.

  • that is very impressive.

  • pt 3 please :D(television rules the natioooooon!)

  • hey dude.. what effect did you use in the robot rock loop... at 00:48???

  • Dude, how did you do 2:33? (the drums pitching down) Sounds exactly like they did!

  • AMAZING!

  • yea so i actual remade all of it too, but for da sample i took parts of robot rock, then put it through a auto filter, then turned on the LFO all the way up,And pashe 360, and changed the fq to NOTES and i think 1/3 wiit a sin evelop,

  • FUCK IT 0:35 xD

  • wow awesome !!!!!!!could you upload for us the project plssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss!

  • where did you get the fuck it sample?

i need that for my remix lol

  • It's just the 'F' from 'Fill it' with the 'ock it' from 'Lock it' on technologic. It might have a weird "fluck it" sound to it, but that can be easily covered by other sound.

  • nice

  • You are amazing! Please upload the rest!

  • post the rest plz

  • dude post up the rest man, this is fockin awesome, keep it original bro

  • Did you use Beat Repeat?

  • He did.

  • It's so great listening to Alive 2007 when you're an Ableton veteran. I find myself just naming the effects they're using as I listen. XD

  • ikno!!!!!!

  • please put up the rest of the album! ur awesome!

  • what program did u use?

  • For those who want the rest of Alive without the crowd, go to my profile. If you have any questions just send me a message

  • Was this done with Ableton Live 7 full edition, suite edition, or LE edition?

  • yeah!!!! mad dude respect

  • Are you serious? Ableton Live 7, as the title says, and as the description says.

  • where did you get the sample on :50?

  • its 'oh yeah' from the album homework

  • ok what did you do to the robot rock sample? with like your effects? or its already programed like that?

  • he prob used a gate effect

  • Totally Daft... :)

    C=3

  • p.3?

  • wow this is amazing.

  • if this isn't from the original when they where building it, it is very very close

    congrats

  • how do you get it to repeat sounds like at 12 seconds?

  • That is an Ableton plugin called Beat Repeat

  • That was awesome, can you show us some more of the set?

  • Ableton 7 rools. This shit is only the tip of the iceberg.

Get it, learn it, love it!

  • plz tell me how u got human and robot alone with out the music in the back

  • very good recreate, i must say just a few things tho, having been in music (soley a prodycer/sampler), i have just recently given thought to ableton (for the longest time i got it confused as a mac only plugin for logic pro) and i am absolutley amazed at its power. But back to the point, the only problem i have with this is that your version is all pre-sequenced and sampled, from what i read they actually sequenced live using the master sub tracks of each master track where you have sampled

  • WHAT SOFTWARE IS THAT?

  • lol... you don't read descriptions or titles much do you?

  • haha F**k it x10

    lmao =o

  • It SOOOOO doesn't say that in the normal live version.

  • I know but its funny though u gotta admit it.

  • ...a bit. proof of a what a bored person can do with mixing software and a song with a lot of words.

  • Actual live version does contain "fuck it" sample, listen closely

  • Yeah, and at the show itself, the screen behind them had "FUCK" written on it.

  • yeah, i saw it live myself. *brag*

  • (sorry, i wanted to reply one someone's comment but something must have gone wrong)

  • same my man.

    megabrag.

bit wierd that since alive 97 the have become immortal.

  • so wat equitment are you using and how much did it cost you?

  • Daft does indeed use ableton live, and moogs for some filters and synthesis.

  • hahahahaha, you'd be surprised to find that..daft doesn't use ableton..rather expensive moog equips.

  • They do use abelton. They said so in an interview.

  • This is amazing, did you guys end up finishing the rest of the concert??

    Its amazing, great job! :)

  • the description says he got to one mre time iv'e asked if he could post the others but he wont reply ill send him a email

  • i am very impressed and slightly jealous.well done on it its sound great.

  • lolll, me too, gotta say im jealous, lol. But yea, amazing work man! I gotta learn how to use Ableton Live (it looks complicated though...)

  • Serriously too much time on your hands, but fantastic all the same. Good job!

  • man nice redo of da song its sounds exacley da same! 5 stars

  • I own the Alive 2007 deluxe edition... i don't recall any par tof it going 'f*** it f*** it' over and over again...

  • it does i was expecting it so the surprise was ruined but i imagine may people the world wide loled when it popped in the mix

  • maybe. I dunno. I deleted it out of the MP3 after I downloaded it :)

  • i own the deluxe addition too, on track 2 at about :33 the robot thing goes f*** it f*** it

  • really? ...I got it digitally, maybe it was censored?

  • the distortion was a little annoying witht he technologic/voyager mix, but still great stuff dude!
