The interviewer is least competent to interview. He looks least interested in what Liaquat was saying, irritating with his body language and the mumbling of "right, right" so often etc. Couldn't tehelka find better people ?

Interviewer should have been better prepared.
he's looking at the laptop to know what question he is going to ask next and says "right right" after every other word. Looks like an intern.
