  • how dare you mike knoll. I was in a car accident and ended up with a herniated disk and I'm in physical therapy now, while I was on my way to deliver your box, a notice was sent to you that you could claim a refund, which I bet you have, but you insist on slandering me... i'd like to thank you for showing me the insensitivity of your kind....

  • I only put a little bit of olive oil on the peppers. I don't like using sprays because of the chemicals and at Mikey, I don't broil mine because I like charred tatars of the peppers. hence the term fire roasted.

  • Hi Chef Apple, this video is very helpful. We was the grill with some kitchen spray and the chemical on it, I am not sure if they retain on the grill, so if we grill the pepper this way, will the chemicals get on the peppers?

  • @barbiehsusomatic yea i wouldnt recommend that, i just broil the peppers on 500 degrees after i have lightly coated the peppers with vegetable oil and alittle salt, ENJOY!

  • @barbiehsusomatic no, simply wipe the grill with a wet towel before using it...
