Probably not the real one. A boathand named Jose Cen Yam was found guilty of "culpable homicide" and has never served a day in prison. The owner of the boat, who recent evidence suggests may be the actual culprit, is Guillermo Gonzalez Nova. However, the Mexican government claims they are unable to locate Gonzalez Nova, one of Mexico's wealthiest and most prominent citizens, to file new charges.
