sounds like its not getting enough oil to the top end,,, weak oil pump, or ruptured seal on front of engine at oil port at timing chain cover

Timing chain guides. According to Nissan, the top two guides are useless. Remove them or you risk them breaking and falling into the engine. There is a write up about this on NICO. Google "How to fix your timing chain rattle"

timing chain. all kas have em basically. take off the cover and remove timing chain guide, should help if not fix it.

Timing chain is my opinion also. Maybe you should ask JT auto.
