It's because of Misty in Roots visited Poland in 1986 I guess. Before that there was no reggae in Poland until their first concert at 'Róbrege' festival

Im not sure, but imho you are wrong. The first polish reggae band - Bakshish was created in 1982. Other, well known bands, like Bakshish (1983), Izrael (1983), Daab (1983) R.A.P (1985), so we had a lot of reggae before 1986. :)
