So as Freud and Jung say, Man only becomes himself when he stops 'striving' and start's 'being' rather than 'becoming' and live the proper expression of it's individuality.
Whatever you think about is what manifests in your life, so if you are only thinking about trivialities (those promoted so much in society) then you will also be 'made up' of the trivial things.
Just to hear him speak is hypnotic.
