it is also silly to think that he want to US freely from Suadi Arabia, and he freely accused US of kidnapping him, and he freely left the country, while there was a huge dispute following US and Suadi Arabia. I do not think US and Iran have the agreement on NO VISA for entrance for their residents.
It is so clear that he was kidnapped and after the 1st video US had to do something to say that he was not kidnapped by them. but finally US lost the situation.
How would US lose situation?!?! If they kidnapped the man, they would make sure he wouldn't reach internet.
There is a strong theory that says he was freely living in US, and then Iranian government kidnapped the map there and asked him to send these videos, while threatening his family inside Iran,
He probably has provided US with all the information he knew, but couldn't resist the threats to his family, so was forced to play the game set by Islamic Republic!
Officially he left Iran with a group visa to Saudi arabia, since he is workin as a nuclear scientist (not top ranking) they didn't have individual passport and it was totally a religious trip to some parts of Suadi Arabia, but suddenly he disappeared in the group, therefore basically it is wrong if we assume he went and applied for a visa to US, coz he did not have a valid passport for that.although US would never has approved such a this request from a person who is working for the government.
it is the main reason that shows he was kidnapped. the story continues with the fact that he settled a dead with US, and in return he got some freedom, and finally he could provide the 1st video. it was the time that US lost the situation, however they tried to make a new video rejecting the claims in the 1st video in 15 hours, but that video again rejected by Amiri in the 3rd video.
@H3LM13002 then Hilary Clinton came to a scene, since it was not possible to hide it and it was the time to pretend he was totally free. so finally it was not possible for US to keep them in the country, it was why they sent back to Iran.
