To think that when people were watching outside, thousands of trapped people were screaming and dying on the inside, never to see their family and friends, never getting to hold them that one last time and tell them they loved them. So many innocent people had to die for a war that shouldn't have even existed in the first place. So many people had to suffer for the consequences of the actions that didn't even apply to them. War doesn't solve problems, it makes more, and ends a dozen lives, too.
