YA Oxygen is - and hydro is + thats why you can seperate them and get pure hydrogen off the cell. but the moe joe cell doesnt look like it can produce 1.7 l per min like the smack.

blue scott shop towels... can get them at home depot. that's what they're called and you can see a man standing on the package. i use two of them per filtration.

I commented on your other video and left a link to a fascinating and must see research video that was done in the early 90's. The way he sets up the current on his plates is positive on the outside and inside, and negative halfway. Or reverse (with greater output). He states that the current isn't flowing + to - or reverse, but instead from the centre out. This could be the principle that causes this effect. But I'm not even close to qualified to say. Keep it up!
