  • um try practicing a back handspring but with out swinging arms. do a standing one and then put it together with the roundoff back handspring and it will be perfect

  • add a front handspring at the beginning & that would look pretty cool

  • like everyone else is saying that was really slow. if you run more before you do it and get more power you can do your handspring & tuck clean. practice your roundoff and bouncing off to get more air for your handspring or tuck

    it's easier to go really quick and connect everything so you basically don't end up swinging your arms and just doing a standing back

  • Well, that's it. You shouldn't jump after it, you should use the rebound that you are supposed to get.

  • You hesitate way to much. You didn't really do a combo. You paused between each and set again. Connect them

  • keep working on it, the handspring is actually there to give you speed, you lost speed, and you kinda stopped up for each trick, work on it, it can get good

  • Good job but keep working on it. Don't swing your arms through on each move. Sometimes it is so scary to connect moves the first time but once you make yourself do it then it gets easier and better!

  • im sorry but thats not tumbling that was a round off, a backhandspirng, and a backtuck all spratly not in one motion

  • You're right. My ro and bhs are so slow and I need to swing my arms back for each move, otherwise I don't get enough momentum.
