Well if you're a "know it all" then congratulations for passing the test. For some reason, "know it all's" and "Losers" go hand in hand. So although I might be boring, it's better than being a loser like you!

hey brother man everthing what you said it makes sances but is we have the right to make some money and its not about making money to the customer its about helping the customer if they well explain well the service contract, gap insurance and diferent options in hard toys, dont fuking say that we are the bad boys we trying to help customer.
this guy wants to impress to every body that hes the man but hes totaly stupid guy!! ever!!
