As incompetent as the Milwaukee police handing Konerak Sinthasomphone right back to Jeffrey Dahmer. He gave them a convincing story (with "model" pictures of the boy) but those clowns didn't recognize the scent of several rotting bodies? Where did they get their badge? From a Lucky Charms box?
My grown wife doesn't go out alone at night without me..... what on Earth are these parents thinking letting their little kids run around at night alone... 30,000 Americans (men,woman &children) go missing EVERY YEAR in the U.S.... that's enough people to totally repopulate a small city EVERY YEAR!...I had 4 abduction attempts on me as a child so I know from 1st hand experience that this threat is real.... too many Americans take saftey for granted... use the buddy system!
