A large part of my limited intelligence is offended by this message. While the overt message is that UNICEF, which I sponsor, goes beyond Santa, the covert message again is an attack on a typical Christmas, western culture icon. I don't recall any such messages targeting Ramadan, or Diwali. I'm considering stopping my money flow being used for produce messages that bite the hand that feed it.

@DrakirNosslin Yeah you wont be seeing ANY donations from christians buddy I sent a mass email at work to my collegues and so far twelvle yes TWELVE have taken unicef off the charity list and are going with world vision. CHristians donate a ton in this world and starterd most if not all modern day charities and we get commercials like this showing us christians as greedy and uncaring. Imagine they do this with a rabbi. the UN would shut down unicef. Oh well i forgive but dont forget.

The christian church's selection of date was intentional, in order to correspond and compete with the celebration of "Yule" and other historical rituals, which diminished their influence and power.
