I think this one is one of Reineke's least enjoyable pieces to play. There just isn't much variety or diversity in instruments. I understand it's a short piece, but he has other short pieces that are much better.

@RandomPunkChic07 I understand why people say something is not enjoyable to play m on Trombone and if they gave me a Bb the entire song as long as it works with the rest i would be ok with that. maybe its becuase my director says that im more of a conductor and writer than player oh well im being a high school band instructor anyway when im older

I played Bass Clarinet for this doe a summer camp in delaware. I loved it. Great piece and good bass clarinet part. My friend and I played Bass Clarinet on this. I played the regular bass Clarinet part and she played the contra part because she likes low notes.

Reineke is like a less talented version of Williams.  All of his stuff sounds the same and uses the same elements, fanfares, melodic low brass, tutti sections, and a percussion feature

I love the 1st Clarinet part. x3 Our band is mini-size so I'm the only one playing. xD I've been playing clarinet for like 8 years so the only parts that I have any trouble with are the sixteenth notes a few measures toward the end. :P But then again I just got it so I just need to practice. lol

@strenling clarinets rule...when they know what they're doing...sad thing is, most people pick the clarinet because it's so-called easy...definately not true i put a lot of time in when i play, music is my life...and that's that :)

@bamitssam1031 I know what you mean, most of the clarinets I've seen are lazy and bad at it ~ So much for an easy instrument unless you practice
