@deckman92 Pitch shifting it so high it becomes just a beeping noise, then using that noise, to again pitch shift it down, so it becomes a lower beep. At least that's how I imagine it's done.

@ElevenBlueRings well, when i stopped watching most ytpmv's it was in style to use really clean, smooth samples (i.e. people saying 'aah') to the point that they did sound like beeps. however, i don't think any special effects or pitch shifting was done to make them sound like that. put enough backing music underneath, and a moderately clean voice sample will sound like a beep at any pitch.
