I saw their performance of this song on SNL and was curious to see if they're always that bad live. Turns out: they are. This is pop trying to impersonate rock. Catchy and "totally alternative". Nowhere near artists like NIN or QotSA who have progressed over time. This whole fucking "Nu Rock" thing should have ended ten years ago. Go watch their cover of "wish". Terrible.

@Theorcman2008 Listen to the "wish" performance NIN did with the Dillinger Escape Plan. Don't care if Chester could out-sing or out-scream Trent Reznor, and I'm sure neither does Trent. Why? Because Chester was born with this voice, but he can't do anything else. Reznor however is a genius. And I'm not even a hardcore NIN fan. Linkin Park never was a good live band. Most of the time, they're trying to sound like they do on the record. And that's not the point of live music.
