how did u get this working well in outdoor? the speedlight has to low power to do enything with the softbox especially in bright day, i have 2 x 580 ex ll and lastolite ezybox 60 x 60 and my speedlights are to low for it

those softboxes are good for head and shoulders only, you need a bigger one to light the whole body

white not just do a manual white balance ...im sure you could get rid of the grey in the back ground

I just took a pic of just the ambient light and she came out dark... I'll try with the flash - ah that looks great - your flash didn't fire!!

@taki143: that's becaus the flash duration is faster than the video is captured (flash may  fire between frames)
