THE worst customer service experience I've ever experienced in my life. Website is full of bugs that customer service uses to over charge account without your permission. Cancelling an order for a refund is impossible. Repeatedly claims cake has shipped yet will supply no tracking number. After one month of credit card charges and no cake I alerted the BBB and they were able to get my account credited. BBB has an enormous amount (16 in 2 months) of complaints against Daisy Cakes.You'll be sorry.
@Showinbulge Many cancelled orders where a customer doesn't get immediate results always ends up in frustration. I have been there and done that, however BBB will take any complaint, without verifying results/purchase and its on their record. Now how a Business responds to those complaints is what shows true integrity. 6 complaints exist for the Pauline SC baker and they worked with the BBB and fixed them. Not bad IMO but as we all know, you cant make every customer happy, Its just impossible!
This lady on drugs? I don't think a single one of her answers pertained to the subject matter that the host brought up.
