The iphone 4 has something called IPS (I don't rememebr the full name) which allows you to fluently see the iPhone 4 at sharp angles.

The iPod Touch 4g does not have this. In the video, there are parts where the iPod Touch 4g is washed out.

@XenonAus Actually the iPhone 4's Retina Display uses an IPS display which results in better viewing angles. The iPod touch uses LED to keep the price down but the colours get washed out when you view it at lower angles. When Apple says retina display they are talking about the resolution of the display which is 960 x 640 on both devices.
