hey look what a thrilling apperance back then..and look at them now. seriously, it's hard to recognise them. it's so sad, they used to be so special and so thrilling and so damn amazing in every live show. and the used to cause awe and admiration. it's so so so so sad..aaaaaaaaaaaaaaa where is good old WT? :((

@Nat71208 I knoooooooow! what the hell were they thinking? seriously, what is the matter with them? and the worst is that most people actually like their change. I tell you I'm fine with changes but this certain style they have now..sorry I just, I don't like it. some songs are good, like stairway to the skies, lost or shot in the dark..but what about the others?? if they were another band I would probably like these songs but when it comes to WT, I just have another expectations from them. :/

@marsmars1993 you are absolutely right,thats what i thought when i heard the new album and i got dissapointed..i mean all this popularity about the new album wasnt so good...the heart of everything really ruled in my opinion...but this album...nah too low for me even the video clips are the worst ever..especially sinead oh god what the hell with beat..really mercy us...unfortunately we cant do anything about it...but to pray that the next album will be better...!!

@Nat71208 oh damn yeah, the heart of everything and the silent force were definitely the best albums of WT.

and about the video clips you're so right..! hey have a look at the howling, stand my ground, frozen, memories...all those video clips are simply EPIC. and look at faster, shot in the dark and sinead (omg this one is like blahg blah!!)

there is definitely no comparison...I think they just got bored of their old AWESOME style and decided to turn into a common alternative rock band. ://

Sharon actually designs her own dresses. She went to school for fashion, so she uses that to design her concert outfits and the band's merchandise.

@eabffe Well the Gothic culture goes back to the visa-goth, and Victorian era, then there was the southern Gothic tradition and the early horror and dark comedy of American in the 50s and 60's like Addams family and dark mythology is alot of the base of those things. A lot of modern Gothic and Goth base their culture on Poe and Shakespeare as well. I work as a Gothic poet and I love to study the roots of the things I write.

I also think it's talking about Satan as the bible describes him in revelation as the beast who deceives many nations - in the end days (also known as The Deceiver). Also the deceiver (antichrist) will make fire come down from the sky which will make people believe he is god because the act is supernatural, when in fact it's satan's doing. The antichrist will preach peace and security (and by security it means the mark of the beast/1 government/can't buy or sell things without it) good song.

This isn't country music, it's metal. In metal you can sing about subjects like the antichrist and people for the most part don't even care if you are religious or believe in God. Well i think it's about satan, as he is described as the deciever in the Bible. And basically about clinging on to what is right and not letting satan decieve you too. The lyrics match up well with how the Bible talks about satan. God bless :)
